  • Used to apply, measure and record torque in precise amounts

  • Designed for production, maintenance and R & D analysis

When safety and ergonomic issues are primary concerns, Advanced Torque's digitally controlled torque wrenches are the answer.

So, what makes an Advanced Torque Products’ digitally controlled torque wrench different than most torque wrenches used in the industry today?  Accuracy, size and ease of use. Because ATP torque wrenches use mechanical multipliers, our wrenches maintain an accuracy of ± 1%, even in extreme temperature fluctuations.  Due to this fact, ATP wrenches only need to be recalibrated once a year.  Utilizing mechanical multipliers also allows ATP wrenches to remain compact and lightweight, even at high torque values.  Because our wrenches do not use hydraulic or pneumatic power the unit does not require heavy pumps or unwieldy tubes to function. All ATP wrenches are ergonomically designed for ease of use, making them simpler and safer for the operator to use.  Our digital controllers offer a peak and track mode, over-torque alarm and are available in a series of mounting and radio transmitter options to increase the effectiveness of the product for your application.

Advanced Torque Products torque systems are built to an extremely high standard of precision.  A bridge circuit and Smartchip are placed inside the multiplier’s outer casing and maintain the traceability of the wrench information.  This Smartchip technology allows any control box to be used with any of Advanced Torque Products calibrated hubs.  A remote digital indicator communicates with the smart sensor which stores calibration data on an EPROM located within the wrench.

A wide selection of drive adapters and mounting fixtures allow the ATP digitally controlled wrench to be used with existing tooling.

Each wrench comes with a hard cover carrying case to organize, store and transport all Advanced Torque Products torquing equipment.
