What’s Coming

Motor Drive

The new motor input drive allows operators to quickly and repeatably torque applications automatically without any manual input. Torque and angle curves are established using ATP’s TorqueSight application, allowing operators to navigate through each procedure step while the motor automatically follows the specified targets. TorqueSight automatically logs the torque and angle data to an exportable file for further anaylsis.

Features

Data Available

Data Storage

Data is now automatically captured every time the tool is used. The display will automatically store information every time the tool is used. It stores up to 500 events until it starts overriding the oldest event. Time, Date, Torque and angle are all stored automatically. If you use our procedures feature, model, part number and application information will also be stored.

Data Graph

Data Graphing

Stored data is automatically displayed in graph form on the display. You can search for a specific event by date, time, model, part number or application and view the Torque/Angle curve on the display. If you would like to explore this data for further reporting, exporting data is easy and can be done through a hard-wired micro USB connection or through Bluetooth.

Home Negative Numbers

Added Visuals

Not only are the digital numbers larger and brighter but torquing is now more visual with our torque dial. Our new dial adds to the digital values displayed by providing a visual comparison of current versus peak torque/angle values. In addition, positive or CW values are displayed on the top half of the dial while negative or CCW values are displayed on the bottom half of the dial. See more about in our “Home” How-To video below.

Home Tab Main

Interactive Dial

Real-time torque and angle values are displayed in the orange sections of the graph. These values appear as a large digital number in the center of the dial and as an orange pointer on the torque dial. The orange pointer dynamically changes as you apply more or less input force. Peak torque and angle values are displayed in the blue sections as a large digital number and blue backfill on the torque dial. The blue fill persists on the dial until you choose to zero the peak value. See more about in our “Home” How-To video below.

Achieved Torque Screen

Robust Alarms

Our alarms are more visual, audible and dynamic. Now “Target”, this value can be displayed as a specific value or a range. On the graph, Target appears in the teal sections and is displayed as a large digital in the center of the graph as well as a teal range on the torque dial. When a target is set, an audible alarm start sounding as you approach your target range. Once you reach your target range, the orange and blue sections change to a light green to visually communicate to the user that they have achieved their desired value. See more about our new alarm features in our “Alarms” How-To video below.

Procedure Settings

Guided Procedures

Multi-step installation procedures can be created or imported to the display. Once stored, users can select these procedures to guide them through the installation process, step-by-step and store the event to a specific serial number, part or application. See more about our new procedures feature in our “Procedures” How-To video below.

Help Videos

Help Videos

The Help tab is meant to be your one-stop troubleshooting section. It contains a digital version of the user manual as well as helpful How-To videos to guide you through the different features of the wrench. The help section is also where you can also find information about your wrench including Serial Number, Calibration Date, Manufactured Date, Maximum Capacity and date of last use.

Angle Main Screen

Angle Dial

Angle is now even more of a highlighted feature. You can switch between “Home Torque” and “Home Angle” which will change the visual dial from a torque focus to an angle focus. In both “Home” screens you can still see the non-dominant value in the left-hand portion of the screen.

Calibration Options

Calibration Features

Calibration is now a fully guided process. We offer the ability to only adjust just one or both directions of the tool. If no adjustment is needed, you can skip the adjustment sections and simply set a new calibration time interval of your choice. See more about our new calibration features in our “Calibration” How-To video below.
