Digital Torque Multiplier
Digital Controller

Anti-Rotation Cover
The anti-rotation assembly is used to safely prevent motion opposite to the direction of applied torque. It has a ratcheting pawl that enables operators to toggle between clockwise, neutral, and counter-clockwise input directions.
High Reduction Gearbox
The high gear reduction grants operators the mechanical advantage to apply significant levels of output torque with little manual input required. With this gearbox, a single operator can effortlessly torque even the most demanding of applications with a standard input ratchet.
Labeling
Every wrench is clearly marked with a unique serial number and torque rating for identification. By request, ATP can modify the label to meet your identification standards.
Housing
Patented design ensures accuracy and durability between calibrations.
Reaction Pins
Reaction pins allow for symmetric load distribution to counteract the torque applied without introduction of pinch points. Customizable adapter plates with variable pin size and spacing allow for one tool to be used across several different applications.
Drive
Customizable output drives (square, hex, spline, castellated, etc.) can be designed to suit any application.
Shop Grip
Centrally located no-slip handles provide users enhanced comfort and mobility in any environment.

Units
The UNITS button cycles through all available units programmed in the controller. The selected unit label will display next to the torque value on the LCD screen. By default, ATP includes ft·lb and in·lb scales, but additional unit scales (including metric) can be enabled/disabled by customer request.
Display Modes (TRACK)
Track mode displays the torque value the current torque sensed by the tool in real time. Typically used for calibration and verification, track mode allows the operator to precisely hold torque at predetermined data points.
Display Modes (PEAK)
Peak mode displays the maximum torque reading measured by the tool during that torque sequence. This value remains on the LCD screen until the maximum value is exceeded maximum or the operator manually clear it by pressing the ZERO button. Peak mode is recommended for measuring the maximum applied torque to a joint during installation and breakaway.
Display Modes (ANGLE)
Angle mode displays the current angle heading of the output drive in real time. The ZERO button is used to reset the angle value and establish a reference point to measure from. Torque can be monitored simultaneously with angle in either TRACK or PEAK mode.
LCD
A backlit LCD display provides clear torque and angle values that can be easily seen in any environment. The display provides torque and angle resolutions as fine as 2 in·lbs and 1 minute of arc, respectively.
Alarms
Alarms can be set at specified targets to alert the operator that a specific torque has been achieved. When enabled, the target torque value will be shown in the lower right corner of the display. Available across all display modes, the alarm triggers an audible tone and illuminates a red LED to signify that the user has met or exceed the designated torque value.
Zero
Allows user to zero torque or angle values on the display.
Data Capture
The PRINT button allows data from the display to be streamed over a serial connection. Paired with an RS232 interface, torque and angle logs can be easily derived to record and audit various applications.
Power
Toggle display on or off. The controller can sustain eight hours of continuous use before recharge.

Mounting
Detachable mounts secure to the housing of your wrench and firmly the display for hands-free viewing, leaving an operator free to focus on the task at hand.
Learn More
Electronics
The next generation in our Digital Display includes a durable 8” touch screen display (MIL-STD-810G and IP68-cerified) with improved UI to provide an even more intuitive torquing experience. Procedure creation functionality and expanded data logging features will provide consistency and traceability while improving overall process efficiency.
Learn More
Speed Knob
Our speed knob is a valuable tool to allow operators to quickly apply low torque in applications with run on, saving time while still allowing a ½” passthrough for use with a standard input ratchet.
Learn More
Drill Adapter
The drill adapter fits over the existing anti-rotation cover and eliminates need for any manual input from the operator. Instead of requiring a ratchet, users can use a drill to quickly apply torque, increasing safety and process efficiency.
Learn More
Automated Motor Drive
The new motor drive system was developed to make accurate assembly even easier. It eliminates manual input from an operator by working in tandem with our Drill Adapter and providing input to our AeroTorque™ multipliers directly. The motor can be controlled with a pendant or by choosing to have it automate with our “Procedures” feature in our new controller.
